North America is facing a historic labour shortage. Yet over 50% of people with Down syndrome still struggle to find a paid job. Traditional hiring methods weren’t working, and employers didn’t even have this community on their radar. So we partnered with the world’s largest hiring platform, LinkedIn, to connect ready-to-work individuals with Down syndrome to employers looking to hire. Introducing: inployable, the world’s first employment network on LinkedIn for people with Down sydnrome.
